Alcoholic beverages in stores have had the yeast and haze chemically removed so it can sit on shelves longer. Unfortunately this robs them of their greatest health benefits – stress relieving and hangover preventative B-vitamins, and cancer preventative, immune enhancing beta glucans.  There is probably a home brewing supply store near you. Tobacco is the most popular anti-depressant of all time. It works the way most pharmaceutical drug anti-depressants do, by increasing the happy neurochemical called serotonin and prolonging its function. Perhaps this is why the plant has been aggressively demonized by the medical establishment, they know it’s competition.

Addictive?
Nicotine is the near equivalent of vitamin B3 (also called niacin) and neither is very addictive, especially if one’s diet contains adequate niacin from raw fruits and vegetables. What causes it to become much more addictive are the additives in commercial cigarettes.

Lung cancer?
Tar, nitrosamines, and carbon monoxide, are all carcinogenic (cancer causing) compounds resulting from tobacco smoke inhalation. If one’s diet contains enough antioxidants and raw materials for the body to make its master cleanser, glutathione, these can be neutralized. In summary, I recommend only pipe tobacco, that it not be used every single day, and that it be accompanied by a gradual but radical change in food that will raise the body’s detoxification capability to handle tobacco smoking’s side effects.

Fat is the most misunderstood aspect of health. There is alot of conflicting science on it because there many factors: saturated or unsaturated, plant or animal, short chain or long chain, cooked or uncooked, exposure to oxygen,  lifestyle, other foods consumed, etc. The official position taken by most United States doctors is that saturated fat raises cholesterol, causing heart disease. This position is based on examination of arterial plaque, showing it contains significant amounts of cholesterol.  So they said, “Hmm, heart blockages are made up of cholesterol so cholesterol must be bad and anything that raises cholesterol (like saturated fat) must be bad too.” This sixth grade level logic is so incomplete it’s hard to believe medical doctors continue to proscribe cholesterol lowering drugs based on  it.   Cholesterol is largely a carrier for essential fatty acids (EFA). Cholesterol only becomes sticky and forms plaque when the EFAs are sticky (rancid\rotten). My thanks to Dr. Brian Peskin for gathering all the studies that show this. Where do rotten EFAs come from? Vegetable oil. Look at any packaged product in the supermarket and you’re guaranteed to find vegetable oil of some kind. The problem with unsaturated vegetable oils is they are very fragile. Oxygen and light quickly degrade them long before they smell bad enough to be thrown out. And they cause cholesterol to become sticky inside us, leading to higher incidences of cancer from subsequent oxygen deprivation and heart disease from arterial plaque.  This is why goodbyehealthinsurance sells raw flax\sunflower seeds so their essential fatty acids are safely locked inside the shell until you grind and eat them.

Cars need tuneups and oil changes. So do our bodies in the forms of fasting, enema and\or juicing.

Juicing – a great plant for overall cleansing is beet. It contains betaine that knocks out mold, yeast, and other parasites, betacyanin that neutralizes free radical oxidants, and is a methyl donor (the raw material our bodies need to make glutathione) Glutathione is so powerful, celebrities get injections of it.  Another great one to juice or blend is asparagus, which has the most glutathione of any fruit or veggie tested. Try juicing both on a weekend, as you may feel quite weak while it helps your body detox. Juice an apple as well.  It’ll help reduce the detoxification side effects and make it taste better.

Humans have used enemas throughout recorded history primarily as a cure for constipation. But recent science shows coffee enemas to have a number of other benefits.

Unless you’re eating alot of raw and fermented foods, you will have fecal impaction, liver toxicity, and gallbladder stones that build up until one of them send you to the hospital. If cancer doesn’t get you there first, as the article mentions, cancer is born and thrives in the dysbiotic conditions of a clogged, dirty digestive system. Enema bags are only $20 on ebay and you already like coffee. Or if you have health insurance, you can complain to your doctor about constipation and ask for a “colonic irrigation.” It’s a fancy machine but because it uses water and not coffee, it cleanses the colon but does not have the same detoxification effect as an old fashioned enema.

Most people think because they have regular bowel movements, they are not constipated. What they don’t understand is how hard it really is for the body to digest cooked food and how easy feces sticks to the intestinal wall, allowing enough through for people to think they’re evacuating fully, but in reality they’re “full of shit.”

it’s soon the be the leading cause of death in America. Most people think of cancer as a mystery, even though Dr. Warburg, in his Nobel Prize winning study, discovered exactly how cancer forms. A normal healthy cell undergoes an adverse change when it can no longer take in oxygen to convert glucose into energy. In the absence of oxygen, the cell reverts to a primal nutritional program to nourish itself by converting glucose through the process of fermentation. The lactic acid produced by fermentation lowers the cell pH (acid/alkaline balance) and destroys the ability of DNA and RNA to control cell division. The cancer cells then begin to multiply. The lactic acid simultaneously causes severe local pain as it destroys cell enzymes. Cancer appears as a rapidly growing external cell covering, with a core of dead cells. Rather than address the cause of cellular oxygen deprivation, United States hospitals give people only one legal treatment option, one with high remission rate, high expense, and high side effects – chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is like standing in nuclear fallout to kill a tick on your arm. There are obviously, obviously better ways of combatting cancer.

I wondered for a long time why of all the thousands of herbs and spices in the world,  only two have found their way onto every table: salt and pepper. I knew it had to be about more than taste and I think I’ve figured it out.

Salt in its original form (sun dried sea salt) contains an abundance of minerals, not just sodium. And as I mention in my discussion of kelp, the body requires a wide variety of minerals in specific ratios to function properly. So salt was the first mineral supplement. Salt sold at supermarkets now contains only sodium, which causes high blood pressure without its partner, potassium. Kelp is still a superior nutritional supplement because of its organic compounds like  fucoidian that regrettably give it a fishy taste many people dislike, which is why salt won its place on the table.

Pepper contains bioperine which increases the body’s ability to absorb the nutrition of the foods we eat. This makes it an excellent companion to almost any meal. However, cayenne pepper does this and much more.

So if it were up to me, there would be kelp granules and cayenne powder on every table.

The swine\bird flu vaccine contains a squalene adjuvant, the same one the U.S. military unofficially used on soldiers in the anthrax vaccine and is a contributing cause of Gulf War Syndrome. For excellent research proving this, click here.

Squalene is actually a natural lipid that makes up many parts of our bodies. But when it is injected into the body in a vaccine, the body decides it is a foreign invader and attacks it throughout the body. Yes, the immune system begins to attack the body itself. The general term for it is autoimmune disease. The reason you haven’t heard much about it from the people already vaccinated and why it was approved by the FDA, is that autoimmune disease is subtle but long term in most cases and can take up to a decade to manifest: arthritis, rashes, migraine headaches, non-healing skin lesions, ulcers, memory loss, mood changes, anemia, chronic fatigue, night sweats and low grade fevers. Sometimes it’s worse. I know two people who were paralyzed for a year from the vaccine. Do you really want to risk all that for some minor protection against a flu? It’s a flu people, not AIDS.

I want to counter the lie told by the FDA that United States swine flu vaccines do not contain squalene. The vaccine makers have simply changed a molecule or two on their adjuvants so they’re 95% squalene, but they can call it by another name, like Novartis’s MF59.
